Walk-In Coolers
Temperature control, setpoint differential, fan and defrost sequencing.
Engineered refrigeration automation · Real field systems
A complete control and visibility platform for supermarkets, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers and commercial refrigeration systems—combining Smart Controller logic, local HMI control, live monitoring, alarms, historical data and secure remote access.
Smart Controller system
Our Smart Controller solution coordinates the equipment, sensors, safeties and timing logic that keep refrigerated spaces stable. Each system is configured around the real field application—not a generic one-size-fits-all controller.
Temperature control, setpoint differential, fan and defrost sequencing.
Low-temperature control with coordinated heater and fan delays.
Custom logic for packaged units, condensing units and compressor racks.
Run status, defrost interlocks and configurable fan-delay control.
Cooling calls, liquid-line control, pump-down and safety interlocks.
Scheduled operation, termination, drain time and fail-safe limits.
Equipment status, run commands and available pressure monitoring.
Box, coil, return-air and other application-specific points.
Relative humidity visibility and configurable humidity control points.
Suction and discharge pressure when transducers are installed.
Open/closed state, delay timers and door-alarm logic.
Inputs for overloads, cutouts and other protective devices.
Relay commands and status feedback for field equipment.
Sensor signals and modulating control where the application requires it.
Live monitoring dashboard
Authorized users can review the operating state of each connected unit from a clear browser-based dashboard.
Setup & configuration
Authorized setup screens bring setpoints, defrost, schedules and alarm limits into a structured control view for each refrigeration unit.
Historical graphs & trends
Live readings tell you what is happening now. Historical trends show how the system reached that condition and help technicians isolate intermittent problems faster.
Review system behavior before traveling to the site, then arrive with a more focused troubleshooting plan.
Alarm & notification system
The Smart Controller and monitoring platform can track configurable operating limits, equipment feedback and communication health.
Notification delivery can be configured for the contacts and channels selected for each project.
Event & system logs
Logs create a consistent timeline for service review, system tuning and customer communication.
Trigger, acknowledgement and cleared timestamps.
Refrigeration, fan, defrost, door and control-state transitions.
Recorded temperatures and setpoints organized by unit and time.
Scheduled cycles, duration, termination and recovery behavior.
Setpoint changes and authorized manual actions where enabled.
Online, offline and device-response records.
Consistent timestamps for cross-checking field events.
Alarm lifecycle
The event log records time-stamped state changes so technicians can compare each alarm with the temperature trend and equipment history around it.
Remote monitoring
Authorized customers and refrigeration technicians can use a desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone to review live conditions and historical behavior before traveling to the site.
Emerson E2 remote monitoring
Authorized refrigeration technicians can remotely review Emerson E2 system pressures, condenser operation, ambient conditions and alarm indicators from one application-specific screen.
Store-level visualization
The San Bruno Market E2 view connects equipment locations with circuit temperatures, operating states and alarm visibility so technicians can relate controller points to the physical cases and rooms they serve.
Emerson E2 is referenced for equipment identification. CoolriteEMS provides refrigeration field service, integration and remote monitoring support.
E3 controller integration
Coolrite supports field installation, setup and monitoring for Copeland E3 refrigeration controller applications. Technicians can review walk-in circuits, active setpoints, alarms, condenser groups and system information from the local interface or an authorized remote connection.
Secure remote visibility
The same authorized E3 monitoring experience can be presented clearly across common service screens. The tablet preview preserves the full system overview, while the phone preview focuses on the most important circuit and condenser information.
Preview crops are arranged for the website presentation. Available controls and screen behavior depend on the installed Copeland E3 firmware.
Copeland and E3 are trademarks of their respective owner. CoolriteEMS provides refrigeration field service, integration and monitoring support.
Refrigeration control panels
From purpose-built CoolRite smart controller cabinets to existing Emerson E2 installations, every system is identified accurately and presented with its real field application.
HMI / local control
The local HMI gives authorized technicians a practical interface at the panel for viewing system operation and performing approved adjustments.
Complete system architecture
Control stays in the Smart Controller. Visibility flows through the HMI and network to the remote dashboard, graphs, logs and notifications.
Temperature, humidity, pressure, doors, safeties and refrigeration loads
Runs control logic, timing, sequencing and protective interlocks
Displays status, setpoints, alarms and approved controls on site
Moves telemetry between the installed system and remote platform
Presents live operating conditions to authorized users
Turns time-stamped data into troubleshooting context and alerts
